Your privacy is important to Compass360 Feedback. Please read these pages to discover how we manage information shared with us. Before you get to the details, here are our two fundamental privacy principles:

Personal information (name, email address etc) you enter into the Compass360 Feedback system is not seen by others or shared with any third parties.

We use the feedback you enter into our system to produce Personal Feedback Reports for Subjects. Unless you are the Manager of a Subject, your feedback will be aggregated ie grouped with feedback from other raters. This means you will not be identified through your submitted feedback.
We respect your privacy and share your concern about the security of information you submit to our system. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use and share it.
If you are a resident of the European Union Compass360 Feedback Ltd (based in the UK) is the Processor of your personal data for the purposes of EU data protection law.

The Information we collect
From a client representative/sponsor we collect/store:

Names of each Subject to complete a 360-degree feedback project

Email address of each Subject to complete a 360-degree feedback project
From each Subject we collect/store:

A username to access the Compass360 Feedback Ltd system

A password to access the Compass360 Feedback Ltd system

Name of each Rater to be invited to submit feedback

Email address of each Rater to be invited to submit feedback

Their relationship to the Rater (manager, peer etc)

Scores and comments as responses to behavioural statements

Comments as responses to Free Text Questions
From each Rater we collect/store:

A username to access the Compass360 Feedback Ltd system

A password to access the Compass360 Feedback Ltd system

Scores and comments as responses to behavioural statements

We store and protect this data during each separate 360-degree feedback project and beyond in order that we can run;

Aggregate Reports for groups of Subjects who complete the same 360 feedback project

Comparison Reports for individual Subjects who complete the same 360 feedback project at the beginning of a behaviour change process and again at the end (or at a later date in the future)
How we use the data we collect (our Legitimate Interests)
We process your submitted data in pursuit of our legitimate interests:

providing 360 feedback services to clients which rely on data submitted by Raters in order to produce Personal Feedback Reports for Subjects.

Providing 360 feedback services to clients which rely on aggregated data in order to produce Comparison Feedback Reports for Subjects.

Providing 360 feedback services to clients which rely on aggregated data in order to produce Group Feedback Reports.
Who we share your data with
We don't share any of the personal information you enter into our system. We don’t sell it to other parties. We only use it for our Legitimate Interests.
How we protect information
Compass360 Feedback takes measures to safeguard the collection, transmission and storage of the data we collect. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of personal information. This creates an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and integral. Compass360 Feedback’s secure servers protect this information using advanced firewall technology.
Retention of Information
We retain information for as long as is necessary to provide services and products to our clients. The information we retain will be managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
