We work directly with companies, or indirectly through HR/Learning & Development Consultancy partners, who choose Compass to provide services and solutions for their own clients.
We work in a client’s first language to make sure our 360 Reports have the maximum impact where they are needed most. Clients typically use Compass products:
- as part of a development process, to help leaders discover strengths and areas for improvement, usually ahead of workshops, coaching, e-learning modules or business school programmes
- to collect behavioural data that feeds in to performance management conversations
